Eng 034-09 Test Engineer Job Description: Conduct and/or monitor electrical, environmental, and Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) testing in support of the Navy’s General Purpose Electronic Test Equipment Program (GPETE). Perform market research that leads to the development of requirements documents outlining physical and electrical characteristics and specifications of test equipment and systems. Develop moderate to complex test procedures for electrical and environmental testing. Produce test reports that accurately reflect the performance of test equipment and systems. |

Required Skills: • Five years of test experience. Experience with the GPETE program is a plus. • Ability to conduct electrical, environmental and EMI testing • Ability to develop test procedures for electrical and environmental testing • Ability to analyze test data to ensure that the product was tested per the procedures and standards • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Degree: Requires a BSEE/BSCS or equivalent experience Location: Washington D.C. Clearance: Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
