The Job
To be responsible for the sale of solutions to prospective customers in France and other parts of Europe as required, directly and indirectly through channel partners.
To achieve quarterly sales targets for defined territory and/or partners.
To prospect for, identify and develop potential indirect channels.
To prospect for, identify and develop potential customers.
To provide management with a detailed analysis of emerging market requirements.
To develop an account and regional sales plans.
To report on competitive issues and forecast business.
To provide tailored product presentations, application studies, financial justifications and demonstrations to illustrate the benefits of products and services.
To assist in RFI/RFP follow up, answer customer commercial enquiries, investigate customer opportunities and provide account field support of installed customer base in the assigned territory.

A fast paced, challenging and internationally oriented senior position based in Paris, France. Excellent compensation package including salary of 75-95k euro's per annum depending on skills and experience.

We ask
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
Should be technically knowledgeable with the ability to relate technology to business issues.
Should have current contacts with target customer base and a detailed knowledge of local business practices.
Should have at least 5-10 years sales experience with 3-5 years experience of enterprise application software solution sales, ideally including experience in contact centres, financials services or other relevant sectors.
Experience of selling performance management, workforce management application, ACDs, IVRs, or CTI solutions is preferred.
Must have the ability to interface with all levels of customer as well as internal personnel.
Must speak French and English. Other languages are an advantage.
Must possess excellent written and communication skills, display initiative and be a self starter with great interpersonal skills.
Must have excellent presentation skills and have the ability to present to the highest levels of management.
Must have strong decision making skills, be a team player with the ability to work independently.
Must be flexible and be prepared to travel internationally on occasion.
