What is the link between expat-job.com, stage-en-france.com and internship-in-france.com?

Expat-job.com is intended to international jobs and internships;
Stage-en-france.com and internship-in-france.com are only intended to internships in France. Actually these two websites are exactly the same, but in two different languages.
These 3 websites are linked. Once you post your offer (for employers) or your resume (for candidates) on one of them, it is available on the two others (expect for job offers and resume of candidates who search a job, only available on expat-job.com).

Registration

1. How to register?
To register, fill in the form and create your space on expat-job.com, internship-in-france.com or stage-en-france.com.

2. What happens next?
Once registered, you can sign in and access every part of the 3 websites.

3. How to change my data?
You can modify your data whenever you want in the part "modify my data"

4. How to modify my log in?
Send us an email mail to contact@expat-job.com or use our form (link “modify” in the part “modify my data”), and precise your actual password and email as well as the new email and/or password you wish to use.

5. How to delete my account?
You can delete your account by clicking on the link in your space (bottom of the main page). Your account will be TOTALLY removed, and you will not be able to sign in again.

Employers

Post an offer
1. How to post an offer?

To post an offer, just click on the link “job posting”. You should then purchase an access ticket allowing to access the form and post your offer (41.86€ all taxes included). Once sent, your offer will be validated within the next 48 hours and published on the website.

2. What are the different languages for?

On our websites, you are enabled to choose the language(s) in which you wish to publish your offer(s) (English, French, Deutsch, Italian, Spanish or “Other”). Just select the language you wish while filling the form.

3. What happens when I send my offer?
Once you offer is sent, you are redirected to the page “See or modify my offers”. You can then modify, delete or just check your offers.

4. How many offers can I send?
You can send as many offers as you wish!

5. I posted an offer in English. Is it automatically available in other languages?
Not for the moment, but you can send the offer to translation@expat-job.com, and we will translate it for you (from English, Deutsch, Italian or German to French only) or use the form intended to the translation (menu “Translation service). Our translation service will also put the offer on our website. You can also fill another form with your translated offer.

6. I posted an offer in English. Is it available for everyone?

Yes, your offer will be available for everyone, as long as they do not choose to select offers that are not in English.

7. The job I offer is in France. Do I have to publish it in French?
Yes, according to the French law, every ad about a job in France should be written in French. Therefore, you can take advantage of our translation service to translate and publish your offers in French.

8. I would like to post an offer in a language which is not available on this website. How can I do?

You can publish offers in the language you want, just choose “Other” among the menu language while publishing your job offer.

Yes, you can modify your offer at any moment by clicking on the link “modify” in your offers list.

10. Can I delete my offers?
Yes, by clicking on the link “delete” at any moment in your offers list.

Publish a resume online
19. How to publish my resume?

Choose the link “Publish my resume” in your space. Then choose the language(s) in which you wish to publish your resume and fill the form.

20. Do I have to send my resume in each language?
It is not an obligation.

21. I do not have any diploma or experience. Can I publish a resume anyway?
Of course, most of the fields are not obligatory. Just put your last experiences and wishes, and it will do.

22. I would like to publish my resume in a foreign language, but I do not know what my diploma correspond to. What can I do?
Click on “diploma equivalence” to get help.

23. Do I have to fill the part "Job search and motivations"?

We advise you to do so, that shows a part of your interests and personality to employers.

24. I would like to modify my resume. What can I do?

You can modify or delete a resume at any moment by clicking on the link in your space. Should you encounter a problem, please send us an email with your demand, we will help you as soon as possible.

25. Can employers see my resume in each language?
Yes, they can see your resume in the language they want as there are some links between every resume you publish.

26. I would like to delete my resume in a precise language but keep the others online. What can I do?
Just click on “delete this resume” while in your resume’s space.

27. Can I keep my account without publishing any resume?
Absolutely.
